Investigators later alleged that Brian’s brother, Michael Kilduff, a Westchester County police officer from Pawling, was operating a motorcycle while intoxicated as part of the same riding group. Authorities reported that he refused a chemical test and was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
